Zhuozhou is a city located 62km south of Beijing. In 1986, Zhuozhou was listed as class A city by the State Council and the mayor set up three development strategies: "City sets by industries, city develops by towns, and city strengthens by Beijing". Zhuozhou is a famous location in the story of the Three-Kingdoms, for example the Peach Garden is where Liu Bei, Guan Yu and Zhang Fei became blood brothers. In Zhuozhou, China Central Television runs Asia's the largest film-making centre.
